A Lion in the Meadow 🦁🌿🌼 I have found that every age group enjoys this beautifully illustrated Kiwi classic! So I made 3 slightly different variations for Preschoolers, toddlers and infants. The Preschool basket is much simpler, allowing young children to use their imaginations to recallall or re-tell the story in their own words 🦁 The toddler basket is much busier, with lots of loose parts that children can take out of the basket and engage with while recalling the parts of the story that stood out for them 🦁 The infant basket is more of a sensory basket for babies to enjoy all the different textures of the scarves, fabrics, logs, pine cones, flowers, a rattan rattle for an element of sound, and of course a soft snuggly lion for babies to cuddle 🦁... more
